Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not do returns on any of our items. If you receive a broken/unusable item, we will replace it for you. In the event a ring is the wrong size, we will exchange it for something that fits you! 

There are NO returns or credits on services, classes or events. If you choose to not attend a class/session/workshop for ANY reason, you forfeit those funds to Awaken Yourself. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at ali@awakenyourselfhh.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2803 Grand Ave Everett, WA 98201 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for covering the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
