The Visible Leader Mastermind is a living container. It moves with you, with where you are, what you're building, what's working, what's breaking down, what your nervous system needs in order to lead at the level you are stepping into. There is no fixed curriculum because you are not a fixed person. You are a woman in motion, and this container moves with you.

What remains consistent is the through-line: nervous system first, identity second, strategy third. Always in that order. Because you have learned by now that strategy built on a dysregulated nervous system and an outdated identity is just expensive frustration dressed up as a business plan.

Two hours, once a month, live on Zoom. Part teaching, part hot seat, part collective field work. These calls are where the deepest shifts happen in the witnessing, in the shared intelligence of the group, in the moments when someone says the thing out loud that everyone else has been carrying in silence.

Replays are available but presence is expected. This container is built on the energy of women who show up for themselves and for each other.

Quarterly Intensives

Four times across the twelve months we go deeper with a half-day virtual intensive that zooms out from the day-to-day and looks at the bigger picture.
