Ali started her journey with spirituality and alternative medicine at six years sober. Northern medicine and traditional therapy practices were no longer serving her needs. Ali found Shamanic Healing and Crystals, and Awaken Yourself started to take shape. From there, she started to research other alternatives to offer her clients.
